Registration at the Regal Cinemas parking lot, behind Adventure. Same as last year.

- Line up on Euclid Avenue for parade
- Last Stop Willoughby Parade followed by the Jeepalooza Parade


There is no registration fee this year.
Instead we ask that you assist with your choice of donation for our community.
*** 50/50 tickets will be on sale at Jeepalooza and Back the Blue to benefit our local law enforcement. Distribution will depend on amount raised and will be agreed upon by event admins.
*** Bring a food item that will go to the United Way's Feed Lake County program. Donations stay in Lake County and go directly where needed.
Suggested Donation Items:
Meals in a can (stew, chili, soup)
Tuna and canned meat
Peanut butter
Canned foods with pop-top lids
Low-sugar cereals
100% fruit juices in single serving boxes
Canned fruit packed in juice
Canned vegetables (low salt)

Please avoid donating items packaged in glass. We request that you do not donate bulk quantities of rice, flour, or sugar. Although we appreciate and can utilize every donation we receive, the food banks do not have the repackaging facilities needed to properly distribute such items.

- Open to all makes and models

- Meet up in the Lake County Captains parking lot on the corner of RT 91 (SOM Center Rd) and Vine Street. Rally from Eastlake to Brookpark via 90 / Jennings / 480. Restaurants at end point.

Parade Rules and Regulations
Provided by Heart of Willoughby and Last Stop Willoughby
- Entrants must observe all applicable rules and regulations, and follow all instructions from police or parade officials.
- The Heart of Willoughby, Inc. and the Parade Committee reserve the right to withdraw any unit if their costume, performance, or behavior does not meet these rules and regulations, or does not conform to the standards of reasonable community taste and decency.
- The parade is not a form for any particular political, religious, or social point of view or overt commercialization. All forms of advertising are subject to the approval of the Parade Committee.
- The decisions of The Heart Of Willoughby, Inc. regarding applicants, their eligibility, placement, and judging are final.
- Alcoholic beverages are forbidden on any float, vehicle or on the person of any parade participant. Profanity is not permitted along the parade route or within the assembly areas.
- All parade units should open or close the gap between units when asked by parade officials. Units may stop briefly in front of the reviewing stand as needed.
- The Heart of Willoughby, Inc. does not accept the responsibility for traveling expenses, food, lodging, or any other expenses of any parade entrant. Participation in the parade is voluntary.
- All units with live animals are required to provide their own clean-up crew.

Q&A
Can I decorate my Jeep?
Yes!

Can I play music during the parade?
Yes!

Can I pass out candy to the crowd?
Yes! Safely, of course. Watch for lots of kids running in and out.

Can we stack Jeeps?
Not during this event. Safety of drivers, passengers, participants, attendants, and property are the of the utmost priority. We want to have a very positive interaction with the community and be invited back for bigger events in coming years.

What is the location of the restrooms?
Adventure Chrysler Jeep Dodge during registration and parking, and City Hall, the Downtown Willoughby restaurants and other venues during Last Stop.

I’m trailering my Jeep. Where do I park my trailer?
I’ll have designated trailer parking at Adventure CJD. Adventure is open until 5pm on Saturday but I have keys to the gate locks. I’ll be happy to help with access before and after the event. I’ll get with you during registration and work it out.
